Reviews: Fiskars 9240 Telescoping Pruning Stik

I used my 9240 pruning stick for a few years, trimmed lots of branches (it really does get up high too). The quality of this product is very good. Recently however, the jaws on the cutter were not opening back up like they should. I believe like many, I and others who have borrowed it, try and go past the 1 1/4" or so they say you should cut. I had saved the part of the packaging that came with it that said it had a lifetime warranty, went to the Fiskars website. Fiskars had a warranty form to fill out online, and send in a picture of your product. A few days later they Emailed and said they are replacing it under their warranty. A few days after that, a brand new pruning stick arrived at my house, no charge for product, no shipping charge.

There are not many Companies that stand by their product anymore, it was good to find one that does. The usefullness, the quality, and the peace of mind about Fiskars is why I recommend this to others.
